The location of my YP employment video will be at Chestnut Grove Academy and other locations within the area. My first scene will be held in the conference room. I will need permission to access this location. The conference room is a room used for teachers and meetings. Due to this I will have to gain permission to use this room in advance so I can get given a slot. This conference room is indoors and is easy to travel there as it is in the main building. The conference room has curtains so I will close the curtains or open them according to how I want my scene. The conference room is spacious so my tripod and camera can fit in. there will be minimal hazards in the room as all wires from plug sockets will be out of the way. Hazards will be minimised as I will ensure that not liquid is left near electronics.

Another scene of mine will be held at a corridor in my school. This is a public location and I will not need any permission, as this is an open corridor. I will have to ensure that whilst shooting any scenes at this corridor, I kindly allow people to know that I am capturing footage and they will have to excuse themselves. There will be people talking in the background but my video will not have any audio so this will not affect my footage. There will be minimal hazards as it is a clear corridor, however the floor could be slippery and littered. If I find that the floor has litter or has split liquid I will call premises to clear it up so that my characters do not slip and injure themselves. I will not need any props for this scene in the corridor location. There are not plug sockets or electronics in this corridor. I will also use natural lighting for this scene, as there are windows on the door at the end of the corridors.

I will shoot a scene near the local houses close to Chestnut Grove Academy. This is a public location and I do not need permission. This location is a walking distance from my school and I do not need public transport to get there. This location is outdoors so natural lighting from outdoors will essentially be used. There a likely to be hazards, as there is a road with cars passing. I will prevent this as I must I will wait until cars past in order to cross the road safety. I will not need any props for this scene. I will be shooting this footage from a distance, as I will be capturing a house. This will be a long shot. In my camera frame I have to ensure people passing by are not in the footage.

I will shoot a scene in two offices in Chestnut Grove Academy. This is a private location in which I will need to request permission. This will be done a week in advance as I must consider my teachers various availability. There will be no noise or talking as these offices are people’s individuals offices. Regardless of any noise my video will not contain any audio. There will be no hazards, as I will ensure all liquids are away from electronics.

I will be shooting other scenes around the school outdoors within the schools premises such as the drug dealing scene and my last scene of my main character. I will not need permission to access these locations. I will have to ensure students are in lessons, as I cannot have them in the camera frame. There will be hazards as the school is being rebuilt. This has already been prevented as the school builders have built a protective wall around the parts they are reassembling. Outdoors already contain natural lighting. Travelling to these locations within the school are of walking distance and does not require transportation to get there.
