These results show that 54.55% of the peers in my class think that the main benefits of hiring an ex-offender is because they are appreciative of having a job whilst the remaining 36.36% think that the benefits of hiring an ex offender is due to maturity gained from learning mistakes. The last 9.09% think that the benefits of hiring an ex offender is because they would adapt a strong work ethic.

These results show that 90.91% of my peers think that having a criminal record reduces ones prospects of getting a job. Whilst the remaining 10% think otherwise.  These results show that having a criminal record does not reduce prospects of getting a job from the opinions of my peers.

These results show that the minority of my peers 18.18% think that ex-offenders can make good employees whilst the majority 81.82% think that ex-offenders can indeed make good employees. This shows that most of my peers can make employees if they decide to enter the world of work.

These results show that 81.82% of my peers think that ex offenders are likely to work in construction whilst the remaining 18.18% think that ex offender are likely to work in food retail. This shows that most of my peers think that majority will go into a basic job field that are most likely to be accepted in.

These results show that 54.55% of my peers think that employers still continue to hire ex offenders to give second chances, whilst 27.27% think that ex offenders are more motivated and have something to prove with a negative past. 18.18% of my peers think that employers still continue to hire ex offenders to promote equality. These results show that most of my peers think that second chances are given to ex offenders in the world of work. This can be seen as an opportunity to channel their productivity into making money rather committing criminal activity.
